OUR JOURNEY SO FAR
Our History
The Ijeoma Charity Foundation for the less privileged was born from a deep sense of gratitude and compassion, inspired by the founder, Ijeoma. In 2021, After her graduation from the university of Imo State, Ijeoma began visiting orphanages, less-privileged individuals, and beggars in the streets. Her goal was simple yet profound, to provide food, essential supplies, and support as a way of thanking God for her blessings and care throughout her life. After a while, Ijeoma returned to Asaba, Delta State, where her passion for helping others continued to grow. In 2022, she formed a dedicated team to amplify the impact of her work. With their support, the foundation expanded its reach and operations, ensuring that more lives were touched through their acts of kindness. In 2023, she was inspired by a call to extend her impact further, Ijeoma and her team embarked on a mission to Anambra State, Onitsha to be precise. This marked a significant milestone for the foundation, as they not only reached out to beggars and orphanages but also included widows and widowers in their charitable efforts. What began as a personal act of gratitude has blossomed into a thriving foundation, committed to uplifting the lives of the less fortunate. Today, the Ijeoma Charity Foundation continues its work with unwavering dedication, spreading hope and kindness wherever it goes.
